  Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner in Louisville, KY area
  What You Will Be Doing:
  • Office visits for routine and acute issues
  • Annual wellness visits and health risk assessments
  • Population health leadership
  • Home visits as needed Requirements:
    • National Certification as a NP through AANP or ANCC
    • Experience in primary care: specifically with adults/geriatrics Hours:
      • Monday through Friday
      • 8a-5p
