I am searching for an OBGYN to join a reputable FQHC in southern Arizona. This position is a perfect opportunity for a great quality of life and work life balance. There is minimal call responsibilities with a laborist group covering 6 out of 7 days of call and within the next 3 to 4 months they will be fully covering all 7 days a week, all nights and all holidays. Located only an hour south of Tucson this location can offer an abundance of outdoor recreational activities but also the ability to go enjoy city life when you feel the need. You can enjoy a lower cost of living and a flexible schedule that you will allow plenty of personal or family time while still being able to practice full scope OBGYN and keep your skills up to date. • 4 of 5 day work week
• Level 1 nursery: no high risk deliveries
• • Any baby less than 35 weeks will be transferred to Tucson
  • Lab, x-ray, mammography, general surgery and urology all in house
  • 3 L&D rooms
  • 2 ORs
  • 20-bed post partum and post op facility
  • $350,000 flat salary regardless of patient volume
  • $20,000 sign-on
  • $10,000 relocations allowance
  • 15-20 PPD in clinic
  • • 2-3 procedures each day
    • 8-10 deliveries a month
    • • 20-25% c-section
