Tucson Medical Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This position is responsible for providing quality occupational therapy services to patients in their home. We are looking for a motivated, patient-focused, and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide quality occupational therapy services. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with the Clinical Director and the occupational therapy staff to ensure that the needs of each patient are being met in a timely manner. This position will also be responsible for assisting with the implementation of evidence based practices.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field from an accredited college or university; Masters Degree preferred
Current OTR license required; BLS certification preferred
Current CPR certification required; BLS certification preferred
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be willing to drive on weekends and holidays on occasion
Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time throughout the state of Tucson, AZ

Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services in accordance with established guidelines for the care of individuals with developmental disabilities in a manner that is effective, efficient, and cost-effective
Implement evidence-based practices within the areas of assessment, planning, implementation, documentation, and treatment delivery within assigned units of care
Collaborate effectively with other health professionals and staff members involved with the care of patients with developmental disabilities to ensure that all patients receive coordinated and coordinated care based on individual needs and community resources
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required

Benefits:
We offer competitive pay rates commensurate with experience.

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
