Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Phone Support
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls, assist customers, and provide technical support
Transfer calls to appropriate departments and log interactions in
CRM tool
Collaborate with Team Manager to meet deliverables and update
client records
Required Qualifications:
High School degree required
1+ years of customer service experience
Able to work on a computer for up to 8 hours daily
Ability to perform repetitive motions required for data entry
Experience in the healthcare setting without patient care
responsibilities
