• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED.

    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum 24 months of current Level I Trauma Labor and Delivery experience - REQUIRED.
    • Must have Labor/Delivery and Post Partum experience - REQUIRED.
    • Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED.
    • No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED.
    • Travel experience - REQUIRED.
      • Schedule Information
      • RTO must be less than 7 days.
      • RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed.
        • Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old).
        • Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old).
        • Certifications (must be active at time of submission).
        • Driver's License.

          • Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
