DescriptionFull Time Clinical Nurse Leader position , working
Night shift in the CVICU at Northwest Medical CenterWhat you'll
do:The 15 bed Cardiac and Vascular Intensive Care Unit is a dynamic
setting that provides quality care to higher acuity patients that
require therapies, complex cardiothoracic surgeries and mechanical
devices.The Clinical Nurse Leader RN is responsible and accountable
to the Department Director for the coordination and effective
operation of the unit on the assigned shift. CNL Performs duties in
the nursing capacity as needed and is qualified.Registered Nurse

skillful and educated atmosphere.Responsible for compliance with
overall nursing practice standards of the specialty area. Uses
established principles of delegation and supervision to direct the
activities of all licensed and non-licensed care givers and support
staff in the delivery of patient care during their assigned shift.
Uses independent judgment to ensure optimal delivery of patient

RequirementsEducation:Required : Associates or Diploma in nursing
programPreferred: Bachelor's degree in nursingExperience:Two (2)
years of experience in specialty area preferred . One (1) year in
supervisory capacity preferred.Licenses/Certifications:Required
:Current Arizona RN license or compact state licenseAmerican Heart
Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS & ACLSNorthwest
