Mental Health Therapist - Professional Counselor - Licensed Social WorkerLocation: in the area of Tempe, AZ 85281Hours: This is Full Time, 32 hours per week: 8AM - 5PM, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (no Tuesday)evolvedMD's Behavioral Health Managers (BHMs) open the front door to transformational mental health services for people across Arizona. To deliver the best experience for our clinicians, we wraparound services with supervision from a Clinical Manager, administrative support from Care Coordination, and additional guidance from a Psychiatric Consultant. Those in the military reserves we offer 80 hours of paid military leave, and after one year of employment we offer 80 hours of Parental Leave for each birth/adoption.About YouMaster's degree in in clinical behavioral health field, such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapist, etcActive license and in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) or the ability to gain reciprocity within 90 days of hire (we are unable to accept LASAC or LISAC unless it is in conjunction with another license issued by AZBBHE) or the ability to gain reciprocity within 90 days of hire.
