Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: --- 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required from last 3 years. --- 3 months of experience with Cerner is required from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). --- This role may require floating to additional units and locations --- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live > 50 miles from facility to be submitted.--- COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. --- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Additional Details: A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months. Must be willing to float between departments and the following sister facilities: Northwest Medical Center, Northwest Houghton and Northwest Sahuarita Rotating Weekends Will consider 48 hour guarantee Maximum days off: 7 days 2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission Driver's license required for submission Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
