qualified Family Practice PA in Arizona! About The Position We are
seeking an experienced Family Practice Physician Assistant for a
120-day locum tenens assignment in Arizona. This opportunity starts
on Dec 29, 2025, and features a Monday through Friday schedule with
day shifts from 8am to 5pm. The assignment involves working in an
outpatient primary care clinic located within a hospital, providing
care to patients with chronic conditions, including diabetes. Job
Details - Location: Arizona - Facility Type: Outpatient Primary
Care Clinic (hospital-based) - Start Date: Dec 29, 2025 - LOA: 120
days - Provider Type Needed: Family Practice Physician Assistant -
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities and Duties - Provide comprehensive primary care to
patients in an outpatient clinic setting - Manage chronic care
cases, with a focus on diabetes management - Collaborate with
clinic staff to deliver coordinated patient care - Document patient
encounters using the RPMS EMR system - Participate in care planning
and follow-up for ongoing patient needs - Ensure compliance with
clinical protocols and standards of care Additional Information -
Minimum 2 years of chronic care experience required - Experience
with diabetes management is important - Indian Health Service (IHS)
experience preferred but not required - Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certification
required - Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) required
