(United States of America) Job Description: As a Pediatric Nurse,
you’ll deliver high-quality medical and emotional support,
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and advocate for young
patients and their families in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Your responsibilities will include: Patient Assessment & Monitoring
Conduct physical exams, measure vital signs, and review medical
histories across all developmental stages—from newborns to
adolescents. Administering Medications & Treatments Safely deliver
medications (oral, IV, injections), perform immunizations, and
handle routine medical procedures. Continuously monitor patients
for reactions Care Planning & Coordination Collaborate with
pediatricians, specialists, and social workers to create and
implement individualized care plans and follow-up strategies.
Developmental Monitoring Observe and track growth and developmental
milestones, adjusting care based on the child’s age and health
condition. Education & Emotional Support Provide parents and
caregivers with instructions on disease prevention, home care, and
medical equipment use. Offer emotional and psychological support
during hospital stays or treatments. Documentation & Compliance
Accurately document patient observations, interventions, medication
administration, and outcomes in compliance with legal and
institutional standards. Infection Control & Safe Environment
Maintain clean, safe care settings, follow sanitation protocols,
and ensure equipment is prepared and functioning properly. Sign on

Qualifications: - Associate Degree in Nursing - State of New Mexico
or Compact State Nursing License - BLS certification REQUIRED at
time of hire - Pediatric Experience Preferred or Previous
