Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/05/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - ED Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts per week (3x12s) • Required to work 6 weekend shifts during the contract period • Must start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance • Charge nurse experience on night shifts required • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required • Must be willing to float to other units as needed • Work in a 38-bed emergency department • Facility is a Trauma Level III hospital • Handle stroke receiving and STEMI receiving patients • Use Cerner electronic medical record system • Black scrubs required • NIH certification recommended but not required Facility: This healthcare facility operates a 38-bed emergency department and serves as a Trauma Level III hospital providing critical care services to the community.
