schedule (no weekends, evenings, or call) - $350,000 total
compensation potential - $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation
assistance - Team-based, collaborative care model focused on
prevention and health outcomes - Established patient panels with
strong clinical support Key Responsibilities - Provide
comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient
setting - Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while
promoting preventative health - Educate patients and families on
wellness, early detection, and disease management - Collaborate
with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure exceptional outcomes -
Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation Qualifications - MD
or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal
Medicine - Unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to
obtain) - DEA license required - Passion for practicing
