Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring an AZ or compact license and recent specialty experience. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Position is on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting - Assignments may include various medical/surgical and telemetry floors - Transitional care and emergency services units may also be involved - Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM - Responsibilities include providing patient care for medical, surgical, and telemetry populations - RTO requests are limited to less than 1 week - Holiday coverage may be required depending on unit needs - Travelers must present a valid driver’s license upon consideration - US Social Security Number is required for consideration - Local travelers within a 50-mile radius are not eligible /n /n Requirements/n - Active AZ or compact state RN license required - Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing - Certifications must be active and not expire within 30 days of start - At least 2 years of total nursing experience required - No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months - Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility - No prior permanent employment at a CHS facility within the past 2 years /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-647453.
