Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Chandler, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,186 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 3 years recent ICU experience, with 2 years in an ICU setting preferred License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Recent experience in neuro or cardiovascular care is required. RNs must be able to titrate drips. Experience in a Level 1 trauma center or similar size ICU is preferred. Description: This position requires a full three years of recent ICU experience to be considered. Experience must include either neuro or cardiovascular. A dysrhythmia exam is required 24-48 hours prior to acceptance of the position, with a maximum of two attempts allowed. There is a pass/fail simulation lab on the first day of the orientation. Common patient types include trauma, neuro surgery cases, COVID, sepsis, and ARDS. The nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:2 to 1:1. RNs will be expected to interpret their own telemetry strips. Self-scheduling is allowed, but the manager may need to balance shifts based on unit needs. Three weekend shifts are required in a four-week schedule. May have one holiday off during an assignment. There are no call or standby requirements, but the unit may experience low census shifts. RNs will float between ICUs as needed. Scrub color is navy. Unit-specific training is provided.
