Job Description Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health (Full Time)Location Tucson, AZ Job Type Full-Time | Direct Hire Schedules Three Fixed Shifts (No Rotation) Open Schedules Crisis Unit – Swing Shift Monday–Wednesday | 11:00 PM – 11:00 AM Inpatient – Day Shift Thursday–Saturday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Crisis Unit – Day Shift Wednesday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Residential – Day Shift 12-Hour Day Shifts (Fixed Schedule) Residential – Night Shift 12-Hour Night Shifts (Fixed Schedule) About the Role We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in crisis, inpatient, and residential behavioral health to join our team in Tucson, AZ. These full-time, direct-hire positions offer stability, excellent benefits, and fixed 12-hour schedules with no rotation required. All inpatient and crisis-unit RNs are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus . These roles are ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about supporting individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. The same Tucson location is also hiring Residential Behavioral Health RNs for both day and night 12-hour shifts . Residential behavioral health experience is preferred for candidates applying to the Residential units.
