Residential – Day Shift 12-Hour Day Shifts (Fixed Schedule)
Residential – Night Shift 12-Hour Night Shifts (Fixed Schedule)
About the Role We are seeking compassionate and dedicated
Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in crisis, inpatient, and
residential behavioral health to join our team in Tucson, AZ. These
full-time, direct-hire positions offer stability, excellent
benefits, and fixed 12-hour schedules with no rotation required.
All inpatient and crisis-unit RNs are eligible for a $10,000
sign-on bonus . These roles are ideal for nurses who thrive in
fast-paced environments and are passionate about supporting
individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. The
same Tucson location is also hiring Residential Behavioral Health
RNs for both day and night 12-hour shifts . Residential behavioral
health experience is preferred for candidates applying to the
Residential units. The same Tucson location is also hiring
Residential Behavioral Health RNs for both day and night 12-hour
shifts , providing additional opportunities to join the team.

patient-centered nursing care in inpatient or crisis behavioral
health settings Deliver detox services and assist patients through
crisis stabilization Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and
develop individualized care plans Connect patients with
community-based programs and discharge resources Maintain a safe,
therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment Accurately document
all assessments, interventions, and care in the EMR Collaborate
with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
Requirements Active Arizona RN license or compact state license
(required) BLS certification (required) Crisis, inpatient, and/or
residential behavioral health experience (required based on unit)
Residential behavioral health experience preferred for Residential
RN positions Ability to work one of the fixed 12-hour schedules
listed above Strong interpersonal, communication, and de-escalation
skills Open to seasoned behavioral health RNs and motivated new
