ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Chandler, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/12/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Tele Float Pool Job Details: • Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Float between all telemetry and medical-surgical units at Chandler and Mercy Gilbert campuses • Must be able to titrate cardiac drips including Amio, Cardene, Nitro, Heparin, and Dobutamine • Required to pass dysrhythmia exam prior to signing contract (2 maximum attempts within 48 hours of offer) • Must pass simulation lab on day one of orientation • Float to ICU, Cardiac Tele, MedSurg units, and various holding areas depending on skill level • Campus notification given 1.5 hours prior to shift start • Patient ratios of 1:3-4 for telemetry units and 1:4 for medical-surgical units • Weekend requirement of 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period • Must work 2 of 3 major holidays • Navy scrub color required • Must be able to interpret EKGs and work with centralized telemetry monitoring • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS • 2-day floor orientation for each unit • Care for patients including post-catheterization, post-vascular procedures, CABG patients, neurological post-surgical patients, orthopedic, surgical, and oncology patients • Use Cerner charting system • Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment Facility: This healthcare facility is a Level 1 trauma center providing comprehensive acute care services across multiple campuses.
