Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Casa Grande, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - OR Inpatient /n/n Job Details: /n • Work Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM /n• Call required: 3 weekday and 2 weekend shifts per month /n• No guaranteed hours /n• Varied work schedule /n• Current valid RN license required /n• BLS certification required /n• Minimum of one year experience in acute care hospital setting required /n• Experience must include working in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area /n• Bachelor's degree preferred /n• Professional certification preferred /n• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care of patients /n• Document all patient care activities according to policy /n• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team /n• Provide direct patient care, coordination, and supervision /n• Maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the work area /n• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and possess adequate physical agility /n• Must use standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center that provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services.
