Summary: HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced MS/Telemetry RN
for a 13-week travel assignment in Tucson, AZ. This is a float pool
position, providing care across medical-surgical and telemetry
units. The RN is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality
patient care using critical thinking, clinical judgment, and
leadership while supervising assigned personnel as appropriate.
Responsibilities: - Deliver patient care using the Nursing Process
in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies -
Monitor and assess telemetry and medical-surgical patients,
responding to changes in condition - Delegate and supervise patient
care tasks based on staff competency and patient acuity -
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective
patient care - Maintain clinical competencies through continuing
education and professional development - Document patient care
accurately in Cerner EMR - Float across units as needed, providing
competent care on multiple patient care areas Requirements: -
Minimum 2 years of telemetry or MS experience - Arizona RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required - Strong clinical judgment,
critical thinking, and communication skills - Experience in
delegation and supervision of staff in a hospital setting Contact
