veterinarians, and elevate clinical care, nursing standards, and

Fit Will: - Be an experienced DVM with a strong foundation in soft
tissue surgery, dental extractions, and urgent care - Bring a

pathways for the entire medical team - Demonstrate patience, humor,
and a deep respect for people and pets alike Schedule: - Flexible
3-4 day workweek (10-hour shifts) with a 90-minute lunch -
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-5:30 PM; rotating Saturdays 9 AM-4 PM - No
on-call or after-hours emergencies Support & Collaboration: - 2.5:1
tech-to-doctor ratio, including CVTs and trained veterinary
assistants - On-call access to board-certified surgeon and
ultrasonographer - Emergency/specialty hospital just five minutes
