This position is for a unit that contains 10 couplet care/GYN beds, 7 LDRP rooms, 2 triage beds, and 2 OB operating rooms. The Level II Nursery is certified by the Arizona Perinatal Trust as a Level II Perinatal Care Center. Position Overview - Permanent, full-time role - Start date: ASAP - 7 L&D bed unit with 2 triage beds and 10 postpartum beds - Care for patients with pre-eclampsia and OB emergencies - Support staff available Shift Details - 12-hour Night shifts - 6p-6a - 36 hours per week Compensation & Incentives - Pay range: $31.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on experience) - Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus - Relocation assistance available up to $5,000 - Complete benefits package available Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive Labor & Delivery nursing care - Manage high-risk obstetric patients - Perform and interpret fetal monitoring and respond appropriately to fetal distress - Care for patients with pre-eclampsia and other obstetric complications - Practices within professional, legal and ethical standards and is accountable for actions and decisions at all times. - Etc.
