ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Chandler, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ED Hold Job Details: • Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Patient ratio of 1 to 4 • 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule • Must work 2 of 4 major holidays rotating with permanent staff • Minimum 2 years of recent experience required (within past 6 months) • Strong cardiac telemetry background required, preferably 2 years • Must pass dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of receiving offer through RELIAS (maximum 2 attempts) • Pass/fail simulation lab on day one of orientation • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (AHA or APEX) • Must be able to read and interpret cardiac strips independently • Ability to titrate cardiac drips including Cardizem, Heparin, and Amiodarone per physician orders • Navy scrubs required • 2 shifts orientation to Med/Surg/Tele at primary campus • Care for ED hold patients waiting for placement on hospital units • May assist with ED patients including vitals, IV starts, and medication administration • Float to med/surg/tele/overflow units as needed • Use Cerner charting system • Self-scheduling ability available • No call requirements Facility: This acute care medical center operates as a Level 1 trauma facility with comprehensive emergency services.
