Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Tucson, AZ Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,451 to $1,645 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title FP - Registered Nurse (RN) / MS / Telemetry (Tele) - Nights City/State: Tucson, Arizona Shift: 19:00-07:30, Nights Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: 02/16/2026 Job Description: The MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care. Responsibilities: Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process according to state law and hospital policy. Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in planning for safe delivery of care. Maintain clinical competencies through continuous education. Requirements: MUST HAVE TELEMETRY EXPERIENCE TO APPLY AZ license BLS and ACLS certification 2 years of experience Experience with Cerner EMR Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part III
