The rate for this position is competitive and based off experience. Per diem schedule (at first) to possible Full-Time Schedule Schedule: Monday - Friday availability from 6am - 4pm. Surgery schedule varies every day but is typically provided via your online schedule at least two weeks in advance. See shift time durations below: Morning surgery: 6am - 1pm Double surgery day: 6am - 4pm Afternoon surgery: 10am - 4pm Opportunity REQUIREMENTS: Registered Nurse in the state of Arizona Conscious sedation experience (1-3 years required) Mac Computer / Apple Device Experience Basic Understanding of Google Suite and Electronic Medical Record Systems Career Benefits: No evenings, weekends or holidays 90 day [possibly shorter] probation period to be paid at 85% of hourly rate offered PTO to be accrued after probationary period Health Benefits available after probationary period Employer pays $300 towards your insurance every month 401(k) benefits and matching after 1 year of employment. 24hrs of sick time provided upon starting Overtime pay set at time and a half after reaching 40hrs in a single week 6 month employment reviews required Performance-Based Bonuses Pay Range: $35-$42/hr. The rate for this position is competitive and based off experience. Location: Private surgery center located off N Kolb Rd near the E Speedway intersection.
