This position is based on an 18-bed Telemetry unit with PCU capability on all beds. Position Overview - Permanent, full-time role - Start date: ASAP - 24-bed Tele unit with full PCU capability - Care for patients with AMI, Stroke/TIA’s, Pneumonia, Renal, etc. - Support staff available Shift Details - 12-hour Night shifts - 6p-6a - 36 hours per week Compensation & Incentives - Pay range: $31.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on experience) - Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus - Relocation assistance available up to $5,000 - Complete benefits package available Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality Stepdown/PCU nursing care - Monitor and interpret telemetry - Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes - Collaborate with hospitalists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams - Participate in unit floating as assigned - Practices within professional, legal and ethical standards and is accountable for actions and decisions at all times. - Etc.
