Job Description:

Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in delivering exceptional care tailored to the unique needs of our patients. This role is crucial in assisting patients with their journey towards recovery and independence after suffering acute illnesses or injuries. As an RN at Encompass Health, you will implement patient care plans, monitor patient progress, and facilitate holistic rehabilitation with a multidisciplinary team. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with facility protocols. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services. Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary. Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventative care. Maintain accurate patient records and document care services provided. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in electronic health record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license CPR certification
