Speech Language Pathologist Location: Tucson, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,704 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Profession: Speech Language Pathology Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: 12 months Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Experience: Preferred 1-2 years in Speech Language Pathology, entry level welcomed License: Active Speech Language Pathologist License in the State of Arizona Certifications: Master's degree Must-Have: - Active Speech Language Pathologist License in the State of Arizona - Master’s degree Description: The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and providing direct intervention for students with speech, voice, fluency, and language disorders. Working 100% onsite, Monday to Friday. The position includes collaboration with teachers, parents, and other related service providers. Duties include developing a variety of speech and language treatment plans. Responsibilities involve administering and screening speech and language assessments. The position requires screening, evaluating, and writing comprehensive reports on evaluated students. Assisting in the development of the Individual Education Program (IEP) is part of the role. Participation in the multi-disciplinary Evaluation Team is expected. The Speech Language Pathologist provides direct therapy and instruction to students. Development of various therapy and instructional strategies is essential. Consultation with staff and parents regarding the speech and language needs of students is required. Participation in continuing education courses and workshops is encouraged. The role may involve participation in Medicaid in Public Schools as directed. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for some or all of the listed duties and/or additional duties that occur from time to time.
