Responsibilities Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled OT services to improve ADLs, mobility, and functional independence Treat patients in inpatient, outpatient, and home health environments Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Arizona OT license CPR certification (preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic computer/EMR proficiency Knowledge of safe patient handling and body mechanics Why Apply?
