Pharmacist Location: Tucson, AZ Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $2,813 to $3,007 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Overnight Pharmacist/Staff Pharmacist City/State: Tucson, Arizona Shift: 7 Nights On / 7 Nights Off: 8:00p - 7:00a Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 02/09/2026 Job Description: The Pharmacist is responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical agents to patients of all ages, employees and designated areas of the hospital. The Pharmacist practice shall be carried out in accordance with all state/federal and DEA laws, TJC Standards, and hospital/departmental policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Collaboration with Physicians on drugs and dosing Education of nursing staff, patients, and physicians regarding medications Medication Safety initiatives Patient profiles Avoidance and reporting of adverse drug reactions Mixing of IV admixtures and nutritional supplements Narcotic accountability Requirements: ACLS & BLS AZ Pharmacist License Inpatient acute hospital experience required 2 years recent hospital pharmacist staffing Sterile compounding experience needed Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part III
