Job Description:
Schedule Coverage Scheduled No Call Start Date 3/16/2026 Shift
Description Day Shift Schedule Standard 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 -
17:00 Schedule Details Mon- 8-5pm, Tues- 8-5pm Wed.8-1pm, Thurs.
8-5pm and Fri- 7-3pm - flexible on not working on Wednesday 3/16 -
8/7 Type of coverage: Additional Support Start Date: 3/16/26 End
Date: 8/7/26 of Days: 105 Weekly Schedule: Mon- 8-5pm, Tues- 8-5pm
Wed.8-1pm, Thurs. 8-5pm and Fri- 7-3pm - flexible on not working on
Wednesday Work Details: of Support staff: 25 Patient
population/age: Adult & Some Cooperative Pediatrics EMR: Dentrix
Cases/Procedures: Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial
Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign,
Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration. Wave One
Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not
required. Providers can refer out complex cases as needed. Patient
education and bedside manner is equally as important as the
procedures the provider is performing. Additional notes:
Requirements: Board Certification: Not required for Dentists State
license required: Yes DEA: Not required but preferred
Certifications preferred: Invisalign Certification, Nitrous Oxide
Certification (if required in the state) Certifications required:
BLS Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: Please allow one week
minimum between offer and start to allow for credentialing.
Heartland now requires a TB test completed within three days of
accepting an offer, MUST BE A NEW TEST. TB Test is QGold. Our
credentialing team will take care of everything to get your
