Job Description:

• Specialty: CRNA
• Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
• Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning as early as July 2026 for 3 months with the option to extend. Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts ONLY.
• Case Mix: Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks specifically (ALL BLOCKS required). Training for blocks will not be provided, and they must provide case logs of blocks performed. No hearts, no peds.
• Salary Range: $230 to $250 per hour
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 120 days due
• Active AZ License: Required to present
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, and they must be AHA or American Red Cross
• Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: YesThe Independence Difference:
