Opportunity:

Advanced Practice (CRNA) - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details:

• 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with weeknight and weekend call coverage
• 
  
• Cross-credentialed at all four facility locations with call coverage required at Oro Valley, Northwest and Houghton
• 
  
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call (no nights or call at Sahuarita)
• 
  
• Handle 5 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Provide anesthesia services for endoscopy, general surgery, orthopedics, GYN robotics, urology, podiatry, pulmonary/bronchoscopy lab, gastroenterology, OB, cardiac/thoracic, and structural heart procedures
• 
  
• Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
• 
  
• Case logs of blocks performed must be provided as training will not be provided
• 
  
• Minimum one year of experience required
• 
  
• Must be certified by the NBCRNA
• 
  
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required (must be AHA or American Red Cross)
• 
  
• Active Arizona license required
• 
  
• Must be located 90+ miles from facility
• 
  
• General anesthesia for adult cases required
• 
  
• Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia preferred
• 
  
• Complex vascular and orthopedic cases required
• 
  
• Ventilation management and evaluation of acute volume/BP issues required
