Summary\n Provide customer support to consumers via telephone.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support
issues, such as balance/benefit inquires, card replacements,
general use questions andPIN queries.\n General Duties &
Responsibilities\n ---Provides customer support by phone, to
consumers. Serves as primary contact for inbound customer issues.\n
---Processes a high volume of consumer inquiries and services and
resolves a targeted percentage of those inquiries.\n
---Troubleshoots customer problems identifies the root cause of the
problem and uses tool and resources appropriately to determine how
to resolve customer problems.\n ---When unable to resolve problems
in a reasonable amount of time, will escalate to the appropriate
resource.\n ---Tracks and documents inbound support requests and
ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues.\n ---Meets
standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule
and average handle time.\n ---Other related duties assigned as
needed.\n Requirements\n ---High school diploma or GED\n ---Must be
able to pass a background check and drug screen. We'll review
10-year history\n ---Must be flexible for shifts between 5am -8pm
(You will have a set shift schedule)\n ---Full-Time position up to
40 hours per week.\n ---Exemplary Attendance Records with Previous
Employers.\n ---Excellent typing skills - 25 wpm.\n General
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities\n ---Knowledge of the company's
products, services, and business operations to enable resolution of
customer inquiries\n ---Excellent customer service skills that
build high levels of customer satisfaction\n ---Excellent verbal
and written communication skills both English and Spanish\n
---Computer navigation and operation skills\n ---Demonstrates
effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with
others\n ---Ability to work both independently and in a team
