SEEKING A PART TIME Customer Service Representative We are looking for 5 star service-oriented individuals, who are self-starters and eager to make a positive impact on their organization! In joining us as a PART TIME representative, you will work as part of our team of professionals that use analytical and relationship-building skills to process a high level of inbound patient billing inquiries. When responding to inquiries, our Representative's use a professional manner to process knowledge to identify solutions to help resolve patient account inquiries. You will be supported by strong training and leadership, and continuously strives to become a subject matter expert! Description:

• Answer promptly to inbound calls from patients/insurance companies regarding billing questions.
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved issues.
• Gathers and enters patient information into hospital host system.
• Escalate high complexity billing issues for resolution to a lead associate or supervisor.
• Negotiate payments and payment plans with patients.
• Place outbound phone calls to initiate arrangements for patients to pay their medical/hospital bills.
• Utilizes all chat, email and phone-based resources to solve complex issues for patients/callers.PAY: $18/hr = Non- Bilingual $19/hr = Bilingual applicants START DATE: April 2023 LOCATION: 100% REMOTE SCHEDULE: This is a Part Time (PT) position with various schedules. Position is M-F only , and we are looking for candidates with availability between 8am-6pm . PLACEMENT: Contract to Hire! - Open to candidates looking to build out a career! Skills:
