Operations in Wilton Connecticut is responsible for the production
of subassemblies for lithography tools as well as purchasing and
logistics. The complete production process of the most advanced
machines takes place within Manufacturing.This position is based in
the Production Engineering group, within the manufacturing sector
in Wilton, Connecticut.This position requires access to controlled
technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15
C.F.R. - 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally
authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning
work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates
who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology. Role
and responsibilitiesLooking for a self-motivated individual to be a
part of a new group within the department.Candidate should have a
technical background with training experience and an aptitude for
people development.Manage Wilton Factory production engineering
stakeholders and reach agreements on the main training
deliverables, scope, timelines, budget and KPI's to monitor
progress.Execute the projects on the Training roadmap.Secure that
each module in Wilton Factory has an agreed training plan to
acquire the required knowledge and skills on time to execute
his/her job safely and well.Perform intakes of new/updated training
requests and decide on Go/No Go.Help facilitate and drive training
utilizing internal and outside consultant resources.Secure that
training processes are maintained. Education and experience4 year
degree required, Industrial Engineering or Business Engineering
preferred, or equivalent experience.Min 3 years experience with
leading and implementing training development.Proven track record
of learning development, leadership and project management
skills.Must have experience with Microsoft Office, proficient in
document creation and publication (Power Point, Word, etc).Team
player and motivator.Positive and can-do mentality.Strong written
