We are looking for Human Resource Director who will be directly responsible for the overall direction, administration, and evaluation of the human resource function. Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.*Essential job duties: *Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management and help define and build company's brandManage and constantly improve company's onboarding process by providing outstanding candidate experience with diligent management and exceptional communicationConducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for all staff.Performs other related duties as required*Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development or Seven plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.Excellent skills at mediation and the ability to be a strong and fair communicator.Keen analytic organization and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides company leadership and direction.Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.Ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.Above average oral and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
