RECRUITING SPECIALIST
Job Summary:
HQ Aero is currently recruiting for a RECRUITNG SPECIALIST in TUCSON AZ.

Responsibilities:


  • Proactive talent sourcing techniques to attract and build a talent pipeline for key roles
  • Attract qualified candidates to company; track resumes & feedback for Recruiter / Hiring Manager
  • Share select resumes with hiring manager and collaborate on candidate profiles
  • Execute interviews; consolidate interviewer feedback & recommendations
  • Coordinate with Coordinator on pre-employment process
  • Keep hiring manager abreast of candidates; ensure candidates are tracking toward target start date
  • Periodically represent the company at recruitment job fairs in community/region as well as at select schools
  • Manage all application portals (website, social, schools, job boards etc); continuous improvement to ensure visually appealing and fresh regularly so it appears in a job search
  • Act as a liaison with job boards & third party services ensuring their product(s) are meeting our demands and all are compliant as per the contract
  • Track KPIs of external sources (job boards & third parties); continuous evaluation of what's work / what's not in order to meet sourcing goals

    Job Requirements:


    • Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3 year (or more) of talent acquisition sourcing experience in a staffing agency or on a recruiting team
    • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc) and demonstrated usage in a business or recruitment environment
    • Experience in coordinating job fairs, including at a school / university
    • Ability to handle highly confidential information
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
    • Apply a customer service approach to recruitment; candidate, hiring managers, team members are the customer.
    • Intermediate to advanced computer skills - specifically within the Microsoft suite of programs
    • Hands on experience with an ATS; Success Factors is a plus
    • Demonstrated time management and follow-through; strong attention to details and organizational skills
    • Travel may be required. Candidate must be willing to adapt working hours to ensure successful achievement of hiring goals
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

      Job Type:


      • Long term contract
      • Shift Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am till 5:00
      • Must be open to working from home 1-2 days a week, however, once hired you would be required to work onsite for the first few months for training
