The position requires the candidate to be in the Phoenix area and onsite for hiring events and meetings 2 to 3 times a month.Healthcare Recruiter Job Responsibilities:Coordinates recruitment efforts for assigned hospitals and service line vacancies to attract qualified candidates to fill openings within an appropriate timeframe.Maintains Applicant Tracking System and postings to ensure SEO and JD attract qualified applicantsMines Candidates through ATS and weekly reportsSources passive candidates through LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed and the ATSMonitors and updates the list of vacant positions for Hiring leaders weeklyMaintains ongoing communication with Department Managers and Directors to ensure the accuracy of open positions and alignment with CL and OT.Rounding in facilities using Intake guides and SLA's to understand the unique culture and fit necessary to staff unitsDevelops the strategy to include media recommendations, niche sites and conferences to develop a pipelineReviews and screens applications including internal transfers for min qualifications, salary discovery and cultural fiCalculates salary, presents and negotiates offersERP Promotion on units and within the facility to engage current employees and identify passive candidatesServes as ambassador by attending community events, job fairs, and school fairsRevisions to the job description, accountabilities, and measures may be required due to patient care needs and/or efficient operation of the Hospital. You will be advised in writing of any changes.
