Responsibilities:
--- Effectively communicate through cold calling, emailing, texting, videos messages, networking events, and more
--- Manage your recruitment pipeline through our CRM system
--- Log all notes, calls, emails, and texts in the CRM system
--- Develop and execute various recruitment campaigns for employment sites, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising
--- Foster deep and long-lasting relationships with the agent population
--- Assist in the onboarding process
--- Make recommendations to the Director of Sales and set up interviews including sending calendar invites and meeting confirmations.
--- Assist with recruitment events including pre-promotion, cold calling, attendee confirmations, day of support, and post-event follow-ups.
--- Provide regular updates on the current pipeline and opportunities

Qualifications:
--- Excellent time management and organizational skills
--- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
--- Experience working in a CRM system
--- Professional demeanor
--- Goal-oriented and results-driven personality
--- Kind and hardworking
--- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment
--- Video communication skills
--- Appetite to grow within the company
--- 1+ years experience in a recruitment or sales-related role
--- Real Estate License is not necessary
