Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner in the Tech
industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, measure, and drive success across key People Operations
metrics
Collaborate with business leaders to craft and execute new hire
training and onboarding programs
Provide org-specific policy guidance and manage employee
relations
Required Qualifications:
At least 6 years of experience in HR and People Operations
Strong understanding of HR programs including performance
management and employee relations
Ability to drive collaboration and influence stakeholders
Operational aptitude to drive people processes at scale in a
hypergrowth environment
Experience supporting an Engineering organization is a bonus
