A company is looking for a Director of HR Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for global HR Service Delivery
operating model alignment
Oversee regional Service Delivery teams and drive self-service and
automation initiatives
Lead change management efforts, collaborate with stakeholders, and
enhance employee experience
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with a focus on
global HR management
Proven track record in establishing and optimizing HR operations
functions globally
Strong understanding of HR Shared Services including Onboarding,
Offboarding, and Solutions
Strategic thinking abilities and change management expertise
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
