Position Summary:
MAG Aerospace is seeking a Senior Database Administration/Programmersupporting the U. S. Army Customer Interface/Policy-Communications Security Logistics Activity (CIP-CSLA) program in Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The Senior Database Administration/Programmer will support the EKMS Common Tier 1 System (CT1S) for the EKMS Lead Service that supports six other sites with troubleshooting and guidance on database problems. This position is also responsible for the performance, integrity and security of the Tier 1 and ancillary database in support of the Tier 1 operations. It is essential that the senior DBA be on duty within CSLA during core activity business hours to monitor and maintain the health of the EKMS Tier 1 database and other EKMS Tier 1 support automation. The Senior DBA shall oversee the development of operational contingency plans for the recovery of existing and emerging databases in case of catastrophic failure at any of the six EKMS Tier 1 sites. The Senior DBA shall assist in the restoration of the EKMS Tier 1 in the event of outage, up to and including after-hours support as required. This position IS NOT REMOTE and will be working directly on Ft Huachuca

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but not limited to:Upon request of the Government Lead, the Senior DBA shall provide input to NSA KMI Capability Increment 3 (CI-3) planning efforts. Assist CSLA government personnel in identifying any technical gaps or current challenges with EKMS Tier 1/KMI infrastructure operations that could be addressed by the CI-3 development. As KMI CI-3 will be a contracted development effort, a CI-3 specific NDA will be required for this support.Provide technical assistance to resolve complex database issues at Army, Air Force, and Navy COMSEC accounts and support CT1 System operators in identifying and resolving data discrepancies. Historical information indicates an average of 40 requests for assistance per week. Prioritize these requests for assistance for EKMS Tier 1 DBAs and assist in resolution of highly complicated issues.Identify, report, and resolve discrepancies in the operations of EKMS software components for the multi-service Tier 1 System Management Board (TSMB). Provide technical input to the TSMB, as requested.Identify and make modifications to EKMS Tier 1 automation programs as required by the Tier 1 System Management Board. Historically, there have been 12 modifications to the program annually.

Minimum RequirementsExperience:Minimum of eight years' experience in database administrationMinimum of five years' experience in Oracle Advance Replication and Procedural Structure Query Language (PL/SQL)Minimum of five years' experience with programing in Visual Basic for Application (VBA).Minimum of seven years' experience with UNIX or Linux products and a Linux + certificate or equivalentEducation:Bachelors in Computer Science degree Certifications:Oracle Database 11g/12c Administrator Certified Associate (OCA)Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate/Professional certification.Current IAT Level II certificationUpon being hired - obtaining an Oracle Database 11g/12c Administrator Certified Professional (OCP) certificate or higher within 180 days.Clearance:Active DOD Secret (or above) Security ClearanceOther Qualifications:Must be a US Citizen.#LI-CP1
