Lead critical work-streams and goals for the company's
objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to influence technical
direction
Engage in hands-on coding, architectural design, and team
mentorship
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track
record
Extensive hands-on experience in coding, testing, and system
design
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior
engineers
Experience working with operations, product, design, and data
science
Nice-to-have: Experience in customer risk/due diligence
engineering
