Equipment Engineering (TEE) includes the engineering disciplines
responsible for systems design & test with all Raytheon products.
Our engineers are responsible for every element of the development
lifecycle for test including: test requirements, test system
design, flight simulations, hardware-in-the-loop,
computer-in-the-loop, advanced engineering prototyping technology,
flight operations for manned and unmanned vehicles, environmental
testing, environmental characterization and engineering laboratory
management.---What You Will DoWe are hands-on, designing with the
latest technology and tools, and integrate state of the art test
solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world.
-This position is 100% onsite in Tucson, AZAs part of the Test
Environment Support Administration (TESA) team, you be working with
both leading-edge technologies and legacy systems to support
multiple products and programs throughout Raytheon. You will
provide Test Equipment (TE) integration, security consultation,
troubleshooting, sustainment and compliance.You will be responsible
for process and procedures development, data management, and
project management supporting the TESA team. Duties will also
include collaborating with both external and internal departments
to build solutions, ensuring compliant, functional test solutions.

- Focus on tactical and operational plans with short to
medium-term focus (e.g., less than 1 year to 2 - 3 years)
- Solve challenges of difficult to moderate complexity
- Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams in the operation,
testing, and troubleshooting of systems
- Interact with Program Managers, Chief Engineers,
CPT/Directorate Leads, as well as other functional management to
drive results in achieving program and business unit
objectives
- Support TEE hiring goals as well as lead the onboarding of new
TESA personnel
- Provide assistance with the development/evaluation of
department metrics and financial operation
- Involvement with directorate initiatives
- Develop Cybersecurity compliant TE (Linux, IOS, Windows) -
- Troubleshoot production and development TE to ensure
connectivity, functionality, compliance, and test integrity
- Collaborate with Digital Technologies to provide innovative
solution to integrating TE onto controlled networks or
enterprises
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity to ensure TE compliance (using
tools such as Nessus, Splunk, Ivanti, and locally procured
software) -does not interfere with test integrity
- Collaborate with operations and engineering to ensure scheduled
changes do not affect the availability or test integrity of
engineering TE.Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and ten (10) years' relevant
experience OR an Advanced STEM degree and 7 years' relevant
experience
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems in desktop
and server environments
- Experience leading efforts as a program manager, IPTL,
sub-IPTL, REA, Section Lead, and/or project team lead on DoD
compliant information systems
- DoD 8570.01m IAT II certified credentials (Sec+, CISM, CySA+,
etc.) -
- Experience working in a DoD Special Access Programs
environment
- Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued
security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability
to obtain special program access prior to start dateQualifications

- Master of Science degree in STEM and 7 years' relevant
experience
- Experience with the Performance Development Process
- Experience with business and program improvements through
process improvement methodologies
- Experience with whole lifecycle engineering processes from

range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range
provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience
