Job Description Job Description Public - Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical credentialing or provider enrollment, as the role requires a deep understanding of payer-level information and provider licensing documentation. Key Responsibilities Extract provider demographic, licensing, and application information from various PDF folders and accurately key the data into the Echo software. Review payer-level information (e.g., Aetna, etc.) to identify and input effective dates and plan participation details. Ensure all entered data is 100% accurate, cross-referencing information against original source documents to maintain high data integrity. Coordinate with the Credentialing Manager and internal team members to ensure project milestones are met within the 3-month timeline. When necessary, contact payers to clarify or verify provider information to ensure the software records are current and correct. Public - Required Skills 1 years of credentialing/ provider enrollment experience Ability to commit to the full 3-month project duration and work a consistent 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule in the Arizona office. Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and PDF management is required. Public - Preferred Skills Proficiency with credentialing software (specifically Echo ) is a significant plus.
