Contract Immigration Attorney - Washington

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Contract Immigration Attorney who is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, agreements, and motions
Meet with clients to take declaration notes
Analyze information and prepare legal arguments and applications

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing immigration, PI, Family Law, or Crimigration law
Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
Successful completion of the bar exam and active membership in the American Bar Association (ABA)
Experience with immigration court proceedings, including asylum cases and removal proceedings, is highly desirable
