The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, handling a diverse caseload of personal injury matters. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of success. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases from inception to resolution. Conduct thorough client intakes, investigating claims, and preparing demand letters. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in a manner that serves their best interests. Collaborate with team members and experts to prepare for trial. Stay abreast of legal developments in personal injury law and adhere to all professional standards and ethics. Provide compassionate and effective legal guidance to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of personal injury law. Develop and implement case strategy in conjunction with the client's goals. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Must hold an active license to practice law in the state of Arizona Minimum of 3 years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury cases. Demonstrated knowledge of personal injury law and procedure. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills. Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents. Ability to manage a large caseload and work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated commitment to client service and passionate about achieving justice for clients. Previous trial experience is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to interface with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and coworkers.
