Job Description:

solutions. What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Use
computerized manufacturing technologies or related systems to meet
production and customer requirements. Perform set-up duties on
fabrication equipment and the safety devices in accordance with
production documentation. Position production materials and tooling
and maintains proper dimensions according to print specifications.
Operate and adjusts various equipment, including controllers, and
edits programs according to production documentation. Meet
established performance standards to ensure production schedules
are met. Comply with all applicable safety procedures and reports
unsafe conditions or potential safety hazards to team leader or
appropriate resource. Ensure that products and systems meet CADDY
quality standards. Inspects work to ensure proper dimensional
requirements are met per prints. Perform specified preventative
maintenance procedures, and assists Maintenance and outside sources
with trouble-shooting systems. Take action and notifies appropriate
resource when problems arise concerning equipment, operations,
materials, etc. Participate actively as a team member through
continuous improvement activities to meet customer needs. Maintain
a clean, safe and organized work area. May be required to perform
additional duties as assigned. You have: High School Diploma or
G.E.D. Preferred Minimum of One Year Prior Experience in Machine
Operating Must possess basic math skills to include but not limited
to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry and
algebra for the purpose of calculating material fabrication.
Knowledge of all operations of the assigned production process
required Knowledge of safety policies and procedures, and ability
to promote compliance with them. Skill in analytical thinking and
problem solving Skills or Ability in mechanical repairs or
troubleshooting Fork truck licensed or ability to obtain one.
Ability to lift, slide and shake heavy gauges of material. Ability
to read and use measuring equipment (i.e. tape measure, caliper)
Ability to identify and support continuous improvement efforts with
the Production Supervisor. Ability to maintain a clean and
organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. Ability
to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstance and have the
ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environment
