The Community Director is responsible for effectively computing,
classifying and recording numerical data to keep financial records
complete while assisting with the leasing, marketing, and resident
relations for the community. This position is expected to perform
any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying
duties to make payments to vendors, process resident rental
payments and obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining
property accounting records.

with customer service experience who will lead by example.
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1-year of property management experience
Have experience with Section 8 housing
Knowledge of office systems and equipment
Knowledge of and the ability to follow legal procedures with
Ability to fluently communicate in English both verbally and in
Ability to read and interpret documents
Ability to compile routine reports and correspondence in a
timely and accurate manner
Ability to speak effectively before small groups
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of
measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Computer proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and the
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to resolve problems
Must be flexible to work Mon-Sun 8:30AM - 6PM
