To be eligible for work at home, you must live within 60 miles of an Afni location for training and support purposes. As an Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll interact with cell phone customers to answer questions regarding their account and upsell/cross-sell products and services. You just need to enjoy building connections with and helping customers! In addition to your base pay we reward performance and quality with an extra $0.50 to $1.50 per hour. This team also offers nearly unlimited overtime opportunities where you can earn $20.50 per hour for some extra money. What You'll Do * All customer inquiries are inbound only. * We don't make outbound cold calls or do telemarketing. * Enjoy engaging with and helping customers with questions about their cellular phone service.
