Job Description:

Industrial Manufacturing Engineer will support with Industrial manufacturing process, product designs and implement the manufacturing process, with a strong understanding of the Machine or Equipment functionalities to be able to create the process for the Design of interest. Must Demonstrate 3-5 years related experience, working knowledge and use of EdgeCAM, CAD-CAM, Pro E or Solidworks Design Tools.Work activities Industrial Manufacturing planning, production, set up and process automation ensuring all standards of efficiency, quality, safety and profitability are achieved.* Assists with staffing levels, performance reviews, compensation recommendations and overtime budgets.* Schedules and conducts weekly safety and shift meetings, or other communication.* Utilizes electronic document control system for project documentation, including schematics, blueprints, CAD files, work plans, contracts, manuals, inspection records, and department paperwork.* Implement and maintain lean practices throughout production area..* Works with Quality and Engineering for continuous improvement in process flow and production activities, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.Qualifications Required: 3- 5 + yrs of demonstrated experience with Industrial Manufacturing, Industrial Machining or Machine Manufacturing - BS in Engineering discipline preferably Industrial Engineering. * Working knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts such as KANBAN, KAIZAN, Six Sigma or similiar demonstrated application. * Excellent verbal and written communication; project management experience preferred. * Experience with EdgeCAM, CAD-CAM, Pro E or Solidworks Design Tools software (or similar) preferred'Apply Now' for immediate consideration or contact Eilene directly at 520.308.5983.
